1. Central Services – Foreman, UG Exp. Civil

Deadline 7 April 2025

Job Responsibility :

  • Assist supervisor in the planning and scheduling of the manpower and material provision for construction to ensure that construction works accommodate all project requirement according to schedule and budgeted man-hours and meets company safety standards and procedures.
  • Supervise material utilization plan/requirements; including Material Take Offs (MTO) and schedule material delivery accordingly to ensure that material provision is in line with project schedule.
  • Execute and supervise monthly Key performance Indicators (KPIs) in all projects as set as target and guidelines for specific work completion to ensure the specific work completion targets are met.
  • Execute and supervise construction design drawings and its field construction work to make sure that the as-built construction is according to the design and that required by the client.
  • Report to supervisor any discrepancy between design drawings and field conditions that might lead to necessary changes in design, and to ensure proper field construction works are based proper design and to increase work productivity and prevent reworking.
  • Assist in the supervisory and control of construction work activities and prepare its periodic reports to make sure that all installations are in line with international standards and codes.
  • Coordinate safety measures such as analyzing all incoming work in their safety aspects to provide proper safety guidelines for construction work.
  • Coordinate with other areas engineers and with safety supervisor to provide and approve safety aspects of special work permits for high-risk work (hot permit, excavation permit, overhead crane checklist, etc.) and aspect of fatigue management to ensure that these activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate Construction crew on appropriateness of crew’s knowledge and skill requirements to further improve their performance and responsibilities.

The key challenges in this position include:

  • Properly understanding and implementing design drawings. They overcome this challenge by continuously updating their own skill as well as continuous coordination with supervisors and other area engineers.
  • Coordinating work with other area engineers (piping, electrical/instrumentation, etc.) as not to have a construction work reworked. Again they implement their interpersonal and communication skill to overcome this challenge.
  • Effectively supervise and coordinate crewmembers with various types and levels of background, technical and cultural. Here, aside to the usual technical and communication approach, they also must administer a ‘training’ approach and continuously guide crews in achieving the proper and safe working procedures.

The background, education, & work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

  • Minimum SLTA with a minimum of 8 years of field construction experience.
  • Or D3 Degree, preferably with Construction Engineering background with 7-10 years of field construction experience.
  • Or S1 Degree, preferably with Construction Engineering background with 4-6 years of field construction experience.

2. Concentrating – Chemist, X-Ray

Job Responsibility :

  • Perform and monitor LIMS and Direct Charge orders of chemical/lab supply, to ensure availability thus avoiding upset to laboratory operation and that the expenditure is at or below designated budget.
  • Monitor and review chemical/assay material usage and storage in lab operations and develop initiatives towards cost-savings, in order to reduce operating costs while maintaining optimum quality of analysis results.
  • Administer and monitor time card and vacation record towards optimization of human resources utilization and minimization of overtime. Develop and monitor access control procedures and protocol to the MP74 QC Laboratory complex.
  • Administer and monitor service requests and contract works towards cost saving while optimizing predictive maintenance of laboratory X-Ray instrumentations (XRF, XRD and X-Ray Online Analyzer) and maintaining good inter-laboratory QA/QC program.
  • Supervising 3 different crew crew (9 Amdel Analyzer technicians) and 1 instrument technician
  • Administer and monitor training matrix for all Amdel Analyzer personnel. Ensure that adequate notification is given to all employees of training requirements and schedules. Arrange training attendance as required.
  • Administer and monitor time card and vacation record towards optimization of human resources utilization and minimization of overtime. Develop and monitor access control procedures and protocol to the MP74 QC Laboratory complex.
  • Prepare and generate the monthly report and providing the comprehensive monthly trends of safety, environmental, people, cost, analytical quality and productivity to all member of Assay & Analytical Lab group.
  • Administer and monitor environmental and chemical handling activities within Assay & Analytical Lab group, to ensure compliance to PTFI/EMS standards and policies, particularly in relation to waste disposal procedures. Develop and socialize changes and updates to work instructions as necessary.
  • Administer and monitor training matrix for all Lab personnel. Ensure that adequate notification is given to all employees of training requirements and schedules. Arrange training attendance as required.
  • Fulfill the requirements of the assigned safety accountability program, in order to ensure that all lab workers, lab procedures and lab environment comply with company safety policy.
  • Complete assayer preliminary assessment program as one of the basis for development programs for Sampler and Assayer training to enhance employee performance, problem- solving abilities, and improve the career path of employees.
  • Liaise with HR/IR Department to ensure that Lab personnel properly apply PTFI standards and policies, and to assist Assay & Analytical Lab management to proactively anticipate people issues within the Assay Lab Department.

The key challenges in this position include:

  • Develop more effective way of doing administrative works.
  • Chemical Coordinator role for Assay Lab Section; by leading the group in administrative and preparation works in regards of chemical safety and environmental programs, i.e., ISO17025, ISO14001
  • Employee’s resistance to change to new or improved administration, environmental and chemical handling SOPs; the incumbent has to be able to explain technical background and advantages/improvement behind the change.

The background, education, & work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

  • S1 degree in Chemistry (Major in Chemistry, NOT Chemical Engineering) with at least minimum 2 years of working experience in Chemical analysis and Mining lab operations.
  • Max Age 30 years
  • Have experience working in Mineral Laboratory for at least 2 years
  • Have Training Certificate:
    • ISO:17025 training certificate
    • SAP Planner
  • Have Competency Certificate and have the ability:
    • Operate X-Ray Online Analyzer
    • XRD Mineralogy Analyst and operate XRD tool
    • Use SAP program/software
    • Use LIMS Labworks program
    • Able to operate AAS (Flame AA) tool
    • Able to operate ICP-OES tool

  • Able to speak English fluently, because they will communicate routinely every day with FCX Laboratory in Tucson and Safford Lab in Arizona, USA and also in work will routinely report and communicate using English
  • Have an understanding of chemical analysis, work safety and industrial hygiene in chemical laboratory
  • Preferred to have K3 training certificate including: LOTOTO, Hazard Communication, Working at Height, Confined Spaced

3. Management information system – Engineer, Data Center Infra Ops #1

Education Background:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in System Administration Management.
  • Certification : Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)

  • Conduct testing and benchmarking of any new hardware, software and operating system that will be used by department/company in order to get the information on the capability of the new IT.
  • Provide analytical report and guide line/manual of the IT analyzed that will be used by technician in order to give the accurate and immediate solution relating to the problem on the field.
  • Maintain and update the central server application, AutoCAD, NT windows on site to ensure the application running well.
  • Enforce and control safety implementation in the work environment to minimize accident/damage.
  • Develop communication with department user to eliminate hard ware, soft ware and operating system problem to supportdepartment productivity.
